In order to cope up with the advancement, Al-Muqarram has established an in house R&D center in the year of 2006 capable of handling multi disciplinary activities. Al-Muqarram ultimate vision is to become a technology oriented, globally competitive company with the strong support of in house R&D. Al-Muqarram’s R&D center is headed by Mr.Janakiraman and supported by Scientists and Chemists.
Al-Muqarram’s R&D is mostly centred around the following major areas of research namely.
- Research and Development of Acetoxy based RTV silicone sealant systems for use in construction Industry.
- Research and Development of Neutral RTV silicone sealant system for use in application such as Form-in-place gasketting compounds for automotive industries, and two part systems for use in encapsulants electronic industries etc.
- Research and Development of formulating Heat sink compound and High temperature silicone grease required for electronic and engineering Industries.
- Research and Development of Acrylic sealant for use in Construction application.
- Research and development of two part epoxy systems suitable for use as adhesives and encapsulants for automotive, electrical and Industrial application.
- Research and development of Synthetic rubber based solvent containing adhesives capable curing at room temperature suitable for structural and non structural bonding application.
- Research and Development of BOPP Tapes,PE Protection tapes, different grades of single and double sided foam tapes suitable for Packing,surface protection and ducting purpose.
- Research and Development of Single part and Two part polySulphide Sealants Developed Specially for Dynamic joints.
- Research and Development of Anerobic Systems Formulating thread Lockers, bearing retainers, Pipe sealants and Liquid Gasketing Compounds suitable for Engineering and General Industries.
